Your Guy for That
Tuesday, July 10th, 2012
It is with great excitement that I announce to you today that Your Guy for That, Dustin Drabot has joined Intown Focus Realty in downtown East Point. This move will allow the Team and I to be closer to where we do business each and every day. We will be able to meet with clients and prospects locally along with joining the local chambers and networking groups.
Over the next week or two you will notice changes to our website & blog in addition to new yard signs in front of our homes for sale. Beyond that, very little will change. Sellers will continue to have their homes advertised in both the First & Georgia Multiple Listing Services along with syndication to all major national websites. Marketing efforts will continue and a new and improved 24/7 information hotline is currently being created and will be included on your new signs. Buyers will continue to have access to search and save homes from both First & Georgia Mulitple Listing Services and I will continue to be able to show and represent you on the purchase of any property regardless of who the listing agent or firm is.
As a whole, the Your Guy for That Team is not changing. I will continue to be the lead agent for the team, representing Sellers, Buyers & Investors. Adrienne and Ruth will be staying with the team to assist in marketing your home and facilitating the closing process. Our preferred vendors will remain the same as well, including Nancy Grieve with Fairfield Mortgage, Bob McDonough with National Property Inspections and Closing Attorney Kati Heller with McManamy McLeod Heller.
I look forward to working with you and your referrals soon!
