YOUR FIRST HOME
There has never been a better time to enter the real estate market. Home affordability is at a low while the rental market strengthens costing you more and more in rent each year. So, why throw away money on rent when you can be your own landlord?
Mortgage rates are low, great homes are more affordable than they have been in recent history, and the market is full of highly motivated sellers. To help you take advantage of current market conditions and secure a great purchase, Fairfield Mortgage will be on site allowing you to find out which homes you can afford and get prequalified making you a stronger buyer.
So you’re interested but don’t know where to start? The City of East Point Economic Development Department is offering a free seminar for potential first time home buyers and you are invited to join us at any one of the following seminar dates:
July 23rd @ 1:00 PM
Fire Station #3, 3800 North Commerce Drive
After the FREE Seminar you are invited on a Tour of Homes! You can view 6 homes immediately following the seminar without any pressure or hassle! The tour starts at 2:45 and ends at 5:10 with each of the 6 homes being open for just 10 minutes. You can visit all 6 homes or just pick the homes you want to see, just don’t be late because the tour will keep a strict schedule to accommodate everyone on the tour.
